01 Engagement & Acceptance
Access to the Bengaluru Intel Group digital ecosystem—including our proprietary market analytics dashboards and intelligence reports—is contingent upon your unconditional agreement to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Client") and Bengaluru Intel Group.
If you are accessing these services on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind said entity to these protocols. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in immediate revocation of access privileges without notice.

02 Proprietary Assets & IP
All content delivered via BengaluruIntelGroup.digital, including but not limited to raw datasets, proprietary market analytics methodologies, intelligence heuristics, code, and UI design, remains the exclusive property of Bengaluru Intel Group.
Standard Licensing Restrictions:
- No unauthorized redistribution of intelligence reports.
- No reverse-engineering of data processing algorithms.
- No scraping of market analytics via automated bots.
- No sub-licensing of access credentials to third parties.
03 User Conduct & Limitations
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform for internal business strategic purposes only. You agree not to use the intelligence provided to facilitate any illegal activities or to undermine competitive fairness in Indian or Southeast Asian markets.
We reserve the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with our security protocols. Suspicious patterns—such as simultaneous logins from geographically distant IP addresses—may trigger an automatic suspension of service.

Our intelligence protocols are designed to protect both our proprietary data and your strategic queries. We maintain 99.9% uptime for all analytics nodes.

04 Disclaimer & Liability
The intelligence provided by Bengaluru Intel Group is for informational purposes. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our market analytics, we provide all data "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
Bengaluru Intel Group, its directors, and its analysts shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from business decisions made based on our intelligence reports. Market conditions in emerging economies are subject to rapid change; regional intelligence is a tool for risk mitigation, not a guarantee of outcome.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
05 Termination of Service
We reserve the authority to terminate or suspend access to our intelligence platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and indemnity.
